An official verdict has now been delivered to Christian pastor Youcef Nadarkhani by an Iranian court, stating that he will be hanged for the crime of apostacy. He has 20 days to appeal. We know that God alone has the last say. His will shall be done, because Christians all over the world are praying for Pastor Nadarkhani. More @ URL:

Continue to pray: Pastor Nadarkhani was sentenced to die on Oct. 24, but now security officials have informed the courts to temporarily delay the pastor’s execution until further notice. With the sentence delayed, Pastor Nadarkhani is believed to still be incarcerated in the security prison in Lakan, Iran, where he has been pressured over the past year to recant his faith and return to Islam.

We received notice today that only two people are left in prison, all others have since been released. One is Pastor Youcef, the other is Pastor Behrouz Sadegh-Khandjani. The death sentences of these two Christian pastors will be carried out in a few days.

Update/status 13 October 2010
Pastor R. from Canada (relative of the jailed pastors in Iran) has sent following email to Pastor A.: "I thank you for your prayers and all the help that you've done for the Church of Iran. I have great news for you, Sis Fatemeh Pasandideh (pastor Youcef's Wife) has been freed. I believe with all my heart that it was thanks to all our brothers and sister's prayers that this happened. We should praise the Lord for her freedom and we should continue praying for Pastor Youcef and Pastor Behrouz who are still in jail in a very bad situation. We should continue spreading the news and asking the governements for help."

Update/status - 20 August 2010 (letter from Pastor R.D.*)

Greetings in Jesus wonderful name, my Brothers and Sisters!
God bless you and thank you for your help.

If you can please contact the German government and some human rights associations, if you know some and let them know about this problem. 3 of the prisoners are in a very bad situation.

1. Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani ( 2 judges signed for death sentence )
2. Sister Fatemeh Pasandide ( Pastor Youssef's wife ) ( Life imprisonment sentence)
3. Pastor Behrouz Sadegh-khanjani ( 1 judge signed for death sentence)
( In Iran if 3 judges sign for the death sentence it will be done so )

PS: Sister Fatemeh Turk kajori , Pastor Behrouz's wife is temporarily out of prison for a fee of $25,000 and is awaiting her trial.

Please write their names into your letters and mention them to the government and human rights associations. Please pray for them and also for their children.

Thank you for everything and God bless you. You are always in our prayers.

PS: Pastor Gh.* is OK and he is also active spreading this news. He also went to Geneva to the United Nations to talk about the prisoners.

*For the men's safety, names are abbreviated!

...and the only reason for their persecution and suffering is: They are Christians!!!

Report - 19 June 2010

Hebrew 13:3 Remember the prisoners as if chained with them; those who are mistreated; since you yourselves are in the body also.

IRAN!!! This report comes from an Iranian brother, who lives now in Canada and who is baptized in Jesus Name! I received this just now from Pastor Paul Graham. Thanks for your urgent prayers!
Brother Alan Demos

God bless you,
Unfortunately the situation has changed since the morning (19 Jun 2010). New people including my sister-in law were arrested this morning.

Here is the list of those arrested: My sister in law (Sister Fatemeh) has been arrested today along with 7 other members of the church. My mother has narrowly escaped arrest, but the threat remains.

Here is the list of prisoners:
Rasht: Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani and his wife
Tehran (today): Fatemeh Kojouri Tork (the wife of Pastor Behrouz), and other brothers and sisters from the church
Karaj: Pastor Behnam Irani
Shiraz: Pastor Behrouz Sadegh

I do not have all the information in that communication is difficult if not risky with Iran. The rest of the family and relatives have no means of communication.

You can protest by contacting the Embassy of Iran in your country and informing others around you. Please send a fax (plea .pdf) or email (plea .doc) to the Iranian embassy (with a cc to the Auswärtige Amt in Berlin) with their names and ask them to release them: Please help these brothers and sisters.

Thank you and God bless you.
Yours in Christ
Pastor R.D.*

Let us also pray for this country and people that they receive a revelation, Who Jesus Christ is. Jesus prayed at the cross for His enemies: "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." Luke 23:34
