Why
seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!
Luke 24,5-6 What a shock they experienced; there they are standing in
front of the tomb, in which Jesus of Nazareth had been laid three days
ago. The grave was empty and what they now saw startled them even more.
They had never dreamed that they would come face to face with the angels
of the living God, but now it was that way and it was not a dream.
Why seek ye the living among the dead? They heard the angels say. He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, saying, The son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. Luke 24:5-7 There are countless graves but there is not
one out of which a person, who really was dead, came out of alive by
Himself after three days. The one person who actually did, is no other
than Jesus Christ. There are people even today who are still looking
for the body of Jesus Christ. Some say that his grave is in India, but
that is a load of old rubbish. The grave is in Jerusalem and Jesus is
in heaven, perhaps he should have taken the grave with him? The Jewish faith states that there is only ONE God, who cannot be divided. Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD. Deuteronomy 6:4 The true Christian faith is not a belief in a multitude of idols like the doctrine of the Trinity, but is the same as that of the Jews! God, the LORD, our Saviour is ONE. One LORD, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Ephesians 4:5-6 If you would like to find Him, He will give you His life on the condition that you go through this door: Sincere repentance and conversion to Him, obedience to baptism in His name, then He will also baptize you just like many others with the Holy Spirit. Now is the time for Him to still become your savior. If you do not want this, then one day He will be your Judge. (rw) Home Page |
