James 2,19-2O Thou believest
that there is one God; thou doest
Often we meet people who confess that they believe in one God, and this is good. But then they say they do not have to do anything in order to receive salvation. For example, they do not need to read the Bible, nor attend worship Services and Bible Studies, and neither do they want to occupy themselves with thoughts about God and their future. James writes that it is good to believe that there is one God, but this is not enough for a person to receive forgiveness, redemption or eternal life, James continues with the following argument that the devils also believe in one God and tremble as a result because they are awaiting the punishment of God due to their evil deeds. The fact that they believe this will not help them though.
Alot of things could be written to give understanding
about the reality of a devil (spirit being). However, we do not want
to make the same mistake which many made during the Middle Ages; whereby
they pursued fantasy and superstition rather than the actual statements
of the Bible.
How can I do that you may ask? Begin now to seriously
ask Jesus Christ in prayer for direction and continue to do so!

Thank God daily for your life and His love
for you. Rejoice In the Lord at all times and give Him thanks; whether
the sun shines or whether it is raining, in the good times as well as
in the bad times. Speak, heed and love the truth of His Word above everything.
