This story takes place when Jesus was in Jerusalem and had come to the sheep market. There was a pool where the angel of the Lord came down and troubled the water at a certain season. As soon as the water was troubled, the sick had to hurry up , for only those who got into the water first were healed.

Just like the sick man in this story, there are also many people today who need help, however there is nobody there by their side who is able to help them. From year to year the hope for receiving healing diminished, until the day came when Jesus Christ asked him the crucial question, “Do you want to be made well?”

Jesus Christ also died for you, and he poses the question to you about whether you want to be made whole. This is not just referring to physical sickness but also to emotional and spiritual suffering. Do something in response to his question and make the decision to have a brand new start with Jesus.
